A long time ago in a far away land (LOL) I discovered that I had a knack for listening to people and helping them re-frame their thoughts into a positive and constructive manner. People were drawn to me and felt comfortable enough to open up about the things in their lives they were unhappy with.
The feedback I was getting led me into coaching which quickly became my passion and I've never looked back. It's so rewarding to see how peoples lives change after our time together and it overwhelms me how grateful they are. I always feel blessed to be part of that.
Due to the daily pressures of our 'instant gratification' lifestyles my practice quickly developed into specializing in managing stress and anxiety. We feel swamped and overwhelmed most of the time and by learning how to better cope with stress we reduce anxiety, increase confidence and emotional resilience.
I love being out in the fresh air and have huge respect and love for Mother Nature and all her creations. I'm addicted to crime shows, mystery novels and Chapstick (having tried practically every flavour known to man). I love travelling and exploring new places and my husband and I are both pretty capable amateur race car drivers! (Well if I'm honest he's a tad better than me!!)
I am a totally authentic person so you always know where you stand with me which shows through in my coaching. I believe in living life passionately to get the most out of it.

I freely give my time as a coach in the World Youth International Personal Empowerment Program (or PEP for short).
I am always blown away by the huge positive effect this program has on the participants and the heart felt connections that are made.
