What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership where you and I work together to maximize your potential, while calming your mind and reducing your anxiety and panic.


Or you could say "it's a series of conversations and learnings that could change your life forever".

If you have tried other treatments and not been happy with the outcome, then my anxiety coaching is just what you need to take back control of your life.  


We put a different 'spin' on things and take an alternative view point toward anxiety and panic.

​Using a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), 

I have designed a program specifically for women and individually tailored to you.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a focused approach for the treatment of anxiety.  A tailored approach to help you identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviours then learn more workable skills to deal with future situations.  


CBT has been used for more than 30 years for the treatment of anxiety with great successes. It is well researched and continually evolving.

What is ACT?

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) is all about values guided actions, acceptance and mindfulness strategies mixed in different ways with commitment and behavior-change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility. 


What a mouthful that is! 


Let's just say it's about helping you find what's truly important and learning skills to handle painful thoughts and feelings much more effectively. 


This results in considerable reduction in anxiety levels and an increase in confidence, freedom and happiness.

Group program for women

Whether you suffer from Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks or Generalized Anxiety (GAD) this online group program for women is for you.


  • Over four weeks you will learn how to regain control, live more freely and have a sense of normality return to your life.
  • You will master a specific set of skills to use on an ongoing basis, helping you to draw on the strength and courage needed when facing daily situations that provoke anxiety or panic.
  • Discover how anxiety and panic weasel their way into your everyday life and learn the tricks they use to keep their strong hold over you.
  • Put an end to those unwanted, embarrassing, exaggerated, obtrusive mental thoughts and physical reactions.
  • Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 women. 
  • Benefit from the supportive environment of a group of women experiencing the same as you
  • At home practice is also a requirement of the group.

1 on 1 program for women

If you prefer to do the 4-week online program one on one with me this is the option for you.
